Wherever there are Christians, there are Christmas celebrations. Christmas is celebrated in India, Hong Kong, Germany, Egypt, Mexico and throughout the world. The U.S. Catholic website has a detailed article on the various traditions followed by Catholics across the globe. Such traditions find their way to the United States as people immigrate here. Lighting candles, singing songs, fasting, pinatas and much more are now all part of the Christmas celebration in the U.S. I’m looking forward to my first posada this weekend that my good friends are throwing!
Excuse the short post this week as I direct my time towards family and the Christmas season. Also, I will be refocusing my spare time on the rewrite of my manuscript. I will not be updating the four stories on The Tolton Path until that is complete in February or March. I’ll keep posting until then but will not be posting new content on the stories.
Merry Christmas to all those who celebrate and however you celebrate!
Peace.
